He has led the organization for the past 5 years with a consistent and undivided focus, resulting in Pioneer emerging as the perfect recruitment services firm in India. The firm has grown at a frantic pace pace, and has resiliently withstood the challenges of a changing global market.

Ranjit is a second generation entrepreneur and created Pioneer while studying in college and followed a diverse path within the firm. He began his career in 2016 and thereafter moved to Jaipur. He took over as CEO of Pioneer Placement in 2017 and the organisation tripled its revenue within a span of 5 years. He was an integral part of the team that oversaw a successful journey of Pioneer.
